※ Roles & Responsibilities
[ Lead customer engagements ]
- Engage with customers & develop value propositions for key vertical customers
- Lead customer engagements for key vertical customers
- Identify and manage required resources to successfully deliver value to customers
- Support value-based sales (pre-sales ~ closing)
[ Business case development ]
- Identify customer pain points & unmet needs
- Develop recommendations to address customer’s pain points
- Quantify benefits associated with recommendations
- Develop storyline and present findings, recommendations, and benefits to customers
[ Solution selling capability development ]
- Support solution selling capability development
- Coordinate best practice sharing
※ Qualifications
- 3-5 years of consulting experience with top-tier management consulting firms
- Global experience and fluency in English are required
- Knowledge & experience in B2B business processes and sales process is a plus
- Excellent problem solving skills demonstrated with relevant projects in consulting or previous
job experience
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse functions, people
from different organizations, and manage various stakeholders.
