Job Responsibilities:

• To actively respond to customer needs for new products by initiating and coordinating new product development between R&D, business and manufacturing.

• To make strategic account planning to expand, secure and defend market share in support of the global strategy.

• To stay on the leading edge of industry trends.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Over 2 years relevant professional experience in manufacturing industry.

• MBA degree Preferred

• International experience preferred.

• Experience with working in a in flexible pool of resource within a post- and pre-sales context

• Fluent in spoken & written English.

Position2: Strategy Planning(대리~차장)

Job Responsibilities

• Experience in M&A, research, identify, and evaluate potential new products.

• To coordinate the initial stages of product planning and  development among marketing, sales, finance, engineering,

and manufacturing in order to ensure the successful introduction of products into the marketplace.

• To analyze competitive environment and future trends and makes recommendations based on findings.

• To gathers intelligence on competitors’ products, technologies, implementation track records, pricing, market strategies, and business models.

• To conduct complex research studies, develops realistic scenarios, and plans strategies.

• To write product specifications clearly and succinctly.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Strategy Planning, M&A experiences in manufacturing industry.

• MBA degree from a top school in US or UK with a record of strong academic performance

• International experience preferred.

• Fluent in spoken & written English.
